Why is my delivery late?

Currently, we all have to cope with a difficult situation. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, things have also changed in our company. As an online retailer, we work with a variety of partners who all work together every day to ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible and have a great shopping experience with us.

Unfortunately, due to the tightened COVID measures, parts of the supply chain may not currently function as usual. Due to restricted customs and air freight traffic, as well as the absence of employees at home and abroad, it may currently happen that the delivery time is delayed by a few days.

We are very sorry that you as a customer sometimes do not receive your delivery in the usual time as a result. Nevertheless, our team works tirelessly every day to support you during this difficult time. I ordered 2 products but received only 1?
Since we work with different manufacturers to keep the prices of our products as low as possible for our customers, it may well happen that different products arrive at your home at different times when you place your order!

I am dissatisfied with my product, how do I return it?

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel items or orders that are not yet in the shipping process at any time. Just send us an email with the subject ''Cancellation'' to ''support@dealdogz.com''. Once your order is in the shipping process, a cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible (usually after about 12h).

I have already received my package but something is missing or I have found defects. What should I do?
In this case, please send us an e-mail with the subject "Deficiency" to ''support@dealdogz.com'' We will make every effort to process your request as quickly as possible.

My package could not be delivered and was returned to you. What should I do?
In this case, please send us an e-mail with the subject "Back" to support@dealdogz.com. We will make every effort to process your request as quickly as possible.
